Refund policy
At Furré Co., your pet’s health, happiness, and hearty appetite drive everything we do. If a recipe or treat doesn’t delight them, let us know—we’ll send a comparable replacement of your choice. Should anything arrive damaged, we’ll collect it free of charge and ship a pristine replacement. If, for whatever reason, you want to return anything bought from us, just let us know and we’ll be more than happy to give you a refund or exchange.
Should you or your pet be less than fully satisfied with any delivery, please notify us within 14 calendar days of receipt at hello@furre.uk. Our Customer Care team is available Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 (GMT), and will be pleased to assist you.
